Accommodation Services
Supported Accommodation
Independence on your terms. We help young people build confidence and skills in a safe, supportive environment where their voice is heard every step of the way. Our team creates spaces where you're not just supported — you're empowered to grow, learn, and shape your own future.

Respite and Emergency Accommodation
We recognise that needs for supported accommodation can arise suddenly and we do our utmost to have sufficient capacity to place young persons in Supported Accommodation at short notice.Occasionally, where emergency placement is required at very short notice, the distance from the placing authority may be farther than 25 miles, but we take a regional approach to service provision, and try to minimise distances.
Specialised Accommodation
We recognise that there are certain situations that demand a more focused, tailored approach to Supported Accommodation, to enable a young person to first survive and then thrive.
One approach to this is the provision of dedicated accommodation for young persons suffering from traumatic, or other challenging experiences, which enables us to provide a more effective service.

Modern Slavery, Child Sexual Exploitation & Human Trafficking
Unfortunately this is increasingly becoming an issue and many young persons ending up as victims of at least one of these categories without realising it! And thousands of victims don’t know how to get out of these situations!
At DLS Care, we offer help and support for victims and help young persons to realise how they can break free and stay free by raising awareness and offering support to victims.
Substance Abuse
It’s very easy to find ourselves in sticky situations, however, we needn’t stay in those situations!
At DLS Care, we offer help and support to stop substance abuse, in a manner that gives you the confidence you need to completely break away and rediscover yourself.
Advocacy
Have you ever felt like alone, felt like you can’t express yourself and wish someone could represent you? We offer this service for young people in any situation, needing representation.
Counselling
Many people go through a lot of stress and pressure, without realising that talking to someone who is patient, willing to listen and understanding could make a huge difference!
We deal with every person’s emotional concerns in a sympathetic manner, respecting their right to privacy and dignity as far as possible.
How it works
First things first, let’s get to know each other!
Let’s be honest, a lot of successful relationships depend on how well you know the other person. So why not do it right between us, our simple get to know each other process goes this way:
Everything you discuss with us is treated confidentially. If you wish to see our confidentiality policy, please contact us and we will assist you further.
When you get in touch with us, a qualified member of our team will walk you through a telephone consultation which would take 15mins and may need to book you to come in for a lengthy discussion, which would take about an hour or refer you to another specialist consultant. If you know in advance that you may need longer, it may be helpful to book a slot using This Link and secure up to an hour to fully cover everything.
Whilst our consultation offices are friendly environments to give you a relaxed and calm place to talk, some of our meetings take place in a familiar surrounding or coffee shops too!
At this point, we discuss next steps and length of programmes etc.
Partnering
Whilst we develop our in house capabilities, we are partnering with other organisations who have skills and experience in these areas. If you believe you can partner in any way, we would love to hear from you!
